Pearce Bottomley Architects have a long term relationship with the owners of this property, and have developed a strategic vision for their home that has been delivered over time, as the family’s needs change.

The goal was to enable the detached Victorian villa to respond to the changing requirements of the family. The result is a home that meets the very specific needs of three generations of the same family.

So far, the work has included a new porch, scullery, pottery studio and a garage conversion, plus an extension to form a new ‘granny’ flat.  The value of work ranges from £12K to £130K and has been delivered over the past twenty years.
