Located at on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, this medical centre in Addingham provides GP services to both the village and the surrounding towns and villages including Ilkley and Silsden.

Due to its senstive location, the surgery utilises traditional stone and slate construction to fit seamlessly into the historic village, but with the addition of some contemporary details such as the lead-lined corner window to the waiting room. Orientation was key in the design, with the waiting room facing the hills.

All public areas were located on the ground floor, with staff areas on the first floor. The 800 sq m new build scheme also included a pharmacy, with scope for the surgery to expand at a later date.
