Sally Beeden - PBA’s Partner and Practice Secretary

Sally was promoted to Partner 13 years ago and plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations and financial activities of Pearce Bottomley Architects.

With expertise in financial planning, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, Sally excels in steering the firm toward operational excellence. Her experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams fosters collaboration and enhances project outcomes.

Sally’s extensive background in business strategy, financial management, and project coordination has been instrumental in driving the success of the Practice. By leveraging insights and skills from other sectors, she brings a fresh perspective that adds significant value to the Company.

Creative and enthusiastic in her approach, Sally often provides innovative solutions to management challenges and is taking on an increasingly proactive role in client engagement.

Outside the office, Sally enjoys walking her black Labrador, Milo, and dedicates her time to training and competing with her ex-racehorse. She also judges ROR (Retraining of Racehorses) conformation classes and is training to become a British Dressage judge.
